Take Up Space!

Happy May, everyone!

This month is usually a time of transition for me. There’s a shift in the weather, a shift in my business, and a shift in my mood! Warmer weather brings me more energy (and vitamin D), so I use this time wisely. What brings you the desire to shift into a greater you? Whatever brings you to the place to take up more space, do it! This time is also an opportunity to take inventory of your mental wellness and preparedness for this new season. May is also Mental Health Awareness Month! Whether your thoughts on mental health are clinical or emotional, our wellness in this space affects us all. Whether your experience with mental health is cultural, familial, or personal, long term diagnoses or short term blues, it doesn’t change the fact that you are more than enough!

When you are healing, you are more than enough.

When you are changing, you are more than enough.

When your are the teacher, you are more than enough.

When you are the student, you are more than enough.

When you are in a season of eliminating what no longer works, you are more than enough.

When you are accepting where you get in your own way so you can change a habit, you are more than enough.

When you don’t like what you see, you are more than enough.

When you finally do, you are more than enough.

We are fluid. Our needs change, our minds change, and our goals change. There are good and bad days in these moments, and we need to give ourselves the gift of grace and space. Seek out solutions, support, and the people that help you get to your next level. Grow where you are planted, and watch yourself bloom!
